  It was fine and at a lower price this would be higher rating. Breakfast was pretty average - pancakes were served with fake maple syrup and not very nice orange juice (but really nice jams and honeycomb!). Our room was a little on the small side and super warm. It wasn't warm outside but the room was boiling (we had to have both windows open at night). Avoid rooms on the top floor. Great location and free parking.

  No charm left here to say the least.
  
  General manager David Bwian was most pompous &inconsiderate when informing us it wasn't open for 'Food & Drink' as it's now advertised. He made us feel like we were intruding.
  
  A 94 year old lady shouldn't have to stagger in on crutches to find out, it should have been posted on the website!!! Your 'General Manager' would do well as a thug but not in hospitality.
